The Trauma Practice Research Project: Misson Statement

Our mission is to foster a better understanding of the effectiveness of the Trauma Practice approach, as it is used by therapists in practical settings. As the first systematic study to evaluate the Trauma Practice approach, the Trauma Practice Research Project aims to:

1. Produce scientific data about the effectiveness of the Trauma Practice approach

2. Disseminate information to therapists, researchers, and trauma survivors about trauma and trauma therapy through publications, presentations, and the media, both locally and around the world

3. Attract skilled trauma therapists and contribute to their advanced training in the methodology and application of a leading-edge trauma therapy, thereby improving the quality of life for many trauma survivors
